Billboard Music Award winner Thomas Rhett is taking the stage in 2019 with his “Very Hot Summer Tour” scheduled to have a stop in Dallas, TX at Dos Equis Pavilion, June 28. In addition to Rhett’s signature blend of country influenced by a fusion of rock, pop, and R&B, concert goers will have the opportunity to hear from Rhett’s supporting acts, including Dustin Lynch, Russell Dickerson, and Thomas Rhett’s father, singer and songwriter Rhett Atkins.
The “Very Hot Summer Tour” begins in the middle of May, coming right off the heels of Rhett’s earlier Life Changes Tour and several festival appearances. In the year of 2019, Rhett will be hitting a total of sixty announced stops including venues in Mexico, Australia, Canada, and the United States, with dates to look forward to all the way into October. With one show in Mexico, five in Australia, ten in Canada, and forty-four in the U.S., fans will have plenty of opportunities to witness hits spanning Rhett’s entire discography, such as 2013’s “It Goes Like This” album to 2017’s “Life Changes.”
Rhett has been wracking up the accolades since 2015 when he received a BMI Country Award for his Top 50 track “Make Me Wanna.” Since then he’s taken home two awards from the Country Music Association Awards in 2016 and 2018, the first for Song of the Year with “Die a Happy Man” and the second for Music Video of the Year with “Marry Me.” He has also received two iHeart Radio Awards in 2017 and 2018 as Country Music Artist of the Year. There’s no telling how much higher the country music star will rise, as even the Grammys have taken notice of him with two nominations in 2017 and 2018 for Best Country Song and Best Country Album, respectively.
While there are a few dates with ticket prices still to be announced, the average price ranges from $50 USD to $2,300 USD, depending on the desirability of the seating and whether or not attendees elect to take advantage of VIP Meet & Greet opportunities.
