Quickly climbing the Billboard 200 list back in 2015, Old Dominion took the country music world by surprise, earing “Group of the Year” at the ACM awards two years in a row, as well as CMA’s Vocal Group of the year in 2019. While the close-knit group of five is quickly adding to a fast growing fan base with seven number one hits, they are busy planning their next series of shows.
Starting out as teenagers jamming out together in the garage, Old Dominion has held on to their love of letting the music lead the way. They’re currently on the road finishing up the “Make it Sweet” tour, and they’ll be ready to take off again at the end of the year and into 2020 with new music and the release of their self-titled 3rd studio album on October 25th.
The “We Are Old Dominion” tour will open in Canada later this year with two nights in Niagara Falls on December 12th and 13th. The band will partner with Mitchell Tenpenny and Meghan Patrick, both set to open for the band on select dates. The first stop of the Canadian leg will be at the Abbotsford Centre in Abbotsford, British Columbia on February 7th, followed by 11 more stops throughout Canada.
Ticket prices for the Old Dominion tour begin at about 40$ for general admission and platinum tickets, to around 300-350$ for a “Snapback” VIP Experience. VIP experience tickets include early entry and first floor access, a pre-show performance and Q&A Session, merchandise sales, an exclusive VIP gift, and a commemorative VIP tour laminate. Whether you choose a VIP package, platinum or general admission seats, this show is sure to be one you won’t want to miss.
